Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you find in our shop! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges
Most new, unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached (if applicable).

Final Sale Items
Some items are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These may include seasonal accessories, clearance items, and certain toys or gifts.

Online Orders
If you purchased from our website, you may return by mail or in-store. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be returned to our shop during regular business hours. Please bring your receipt for a smooth return.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process after your return is received.
